@Velstadt33 Tajikistans population is 9 million with a TFR of 3.2 and is steadily declining. Despite that their population is growing. If one-fifth of the country emigrated to Russia in a single year we'd see a noticeable decline in their population, which just doesn't happen.

@Velstadt33 Russia has a population of 140+ million - seems high but due to geographic size & population its not as much. Also, a lot of these immigrants end up returning back to Central Asia after they have finished working (as most do not take their families with them).
