@ScissorFighto @RadicalBayes @AngloCatholica It's not about how it looks but about how developed they are mentally and physically. She's obviously gone through puberty. She is sexually mature. Her mind at 17 will not change significantly when she hits 18 either, mental maturity isn't linear.
